More summery indie pop goodness courtesy of the ever-dependable WeePOP! label. This one's a four track single jobby from Stars Of Aviation and, as you'd expect, these folks know how to carry a twee indie pop hit with confidence. Very much in the vein of Belle And Sebastian and the like due to it's breezy girl/boy vocal delivery supplemented with smatterings of acoustic guitar and brass to add character. One tune even employs the rhythm section of a Bontempi keyboard to maximum effect mixing it up with some casually delivered french lyricism's. Pretty much exactly what you need on a lovely day like today.
