'Dust On The Ground' is the new single from Bombay Bicycle Club, released through Island Records on 29th June. It's a brooding beast of a track, and one of the band’s biggest sounding songs to date.
First single for Island, 'Always Like This' received massive support from Radio 1 as Jo Whiley, Zane Lowe, Edith Bowman, Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens all became big fans, resulting in BBC being booked to play the BBC Introducing Stage at Radio 1’s ‘One Big Weekend’. The band’s storming set saw the BBC website declare them the pick of the weekend’s new bands, saying; “London indie-boys Bombay Bicycle Club are surely destined for bigger things than the BBC Introducing Stage, but late in the afternoon they provide a taut 20 minutes of charming indie.”
