‘True Romance’ is the culmination of twelve great months for
Golden Silvers, building on the success of the band’s two
independent 2008 singles ‘Arrows Of Eros’ and ‘Magic Touch /
Another Universe’, and a series of rapturously received live
appearances which led to the deal with XL.

Produced by the latest producer wunderkind Lexxx (Crystal
Castles, Esser), the ‘True Romance’ album features nine brand
new songs (including the forthcoming single of the same name)
and updated versions of the previous single tracks.

Following recent tours with the likes of Mystery Jets, Crystal
Castles and The Wombats, Golden Silvers continue to promote
their ever-popular monthly Bronze Club where the band call on
their fellow purveyors of weird and wonderful pop music to come
and play, including The Invisible, Esser and Micachu & The
Shapes.
