You get four tracks live at the Luminaire and two rehearsal recordings. As you may know Yellow 6, a.k.a. Jon Attwood specialises in sparse, ambient soundscapes and soundtracks to imaginary road movies using guitars, effects, loops and beats. Bootleg No 3 sees Attwood striped down to just a single guitar and pedals and what you get are raw yet sublime 60 minutes of warm, inviting instrumentals. Tracks vary in tone from dark, primitive drones to uplifting melodic outbursts to sooth even the most stubborn of listener. For his recent dates in USA/Canada, Yellow6 produced a limited cdr 'bootleg#3', cunningly the third in a series of live recordings started back in the year 2000.  75 copies of this item have been produced and it includes a full live set (bootleg quality audience recording) of Yellow6 from the MMM night at London's Luminaire on 22 Nov 2008, and includes a live version of the recent October Man limited lathe cut 7" plus the MMM050 track.
