DJ Stingray is back on Belgium's WeMe with a follow up to his Aqua Team 12". 'Aqua Team 2' is available as a double 12" and CD and will no doubt hit the spot for fans of his up tempo Techno and Electro. For those of you that don't know this is the Work Of Sherard Ingram who also records Under Urban Tribe for Mo Wax, Rephlex, Planet E and Trust. 'Silicon Romance' is a cool track that continues the Drexciya legacy in fine style. There's some really interesting rhythms on here that aren't that immediate but I find that this guys productions are a lot deeper than they appear on first listen. There's the odd old movie sample here and there that gives it that science fiction theme. A definite grower I reckon and one I'll be giving so more attention to at home.
