Bright Red Helmet is taken from the album A Thousand Words, the first full UK album release by the Antwerp, Belgium based musician Arne Van Petegem (aka Styrofoam). The album has generated positive press feedback with its combination of vocals, guitars, synthesizers and other electronic programming that has resulted in a unique ‘emotronica’ hybrid on many songs and comparisons to the likes of The Postal Service and The Notwist.
Styrofoam is a producer/remixer of some renown via collaborations with acts as varied as The Postal Service, Death Cab For Cutie, Jimmy Eat World and Lali Puna.
