Returns and cancellations

Returning an item

If something is wrong with your order then please get in touch as soon as possible. One way or another we'll sort it out!

We'll pay the return postage if it's our fault. For example, if we send out the wrong record.

But if you've ordered the wrong thing, or if there's a pressing fault with the record, you'll have to pay to return it. If it is a pressing fault then we'll send out a replacement free of charge (on receipt of the faulty item).

If you've just bought something and you don't like it, then you can return it as long as it's in the same condition as it was when you received it.

You have 14 days from the date the order was placed to get back in touch about returning items.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order then you must act quickly.

If all the items you have ordered are in stock then you can cancel any time up until we ship the order. You must act fast - we aim to ship in stock orders on the same day.

If your order contains pre-order items then you can cancel any time up until we ship (i.e. the day when the records arrive). Again, the best advice is to act fast.

If your order contains items that are not in stock then you have 24 hours to cancel after you have placed the order. (Once we have ordered items from our distributors then we cannot send them back, and we cannot afford to keep unwanted stock.)
